We know budgets are tight, so here are sources of funding for training available in the local area.
Meet the criteria? We can help you apply, so you can be reimbursed for the cost of attending our training courses.
Skills Escalator Fund
Supporting your business and employees aspirations
Up to five employees per business can benefit from up to £750 of support for training. For eligible businesses, we can help you apply to be reimbursed for any of our AI training courses. This could include developing a bespoke programme for five of your team or attending one or more of our planned courses.

The funding is provided by the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.
Eligibility
- Small and medium sized businesses, and those self- employed, based in Stratford or Rugby District Council.
- Training to be completed by 31/03/2025.

Future focused training
This programme is designed to support over 50s in gaining new knowledge and skills to help them progress in the workplace. The training needs to contribute to the future needs of the business - so AI is a great fit. There is up to £1000 grant funding available towards the cost of a qualification delivered by a college or independent training provider.

The funding is provided by the Warwickshire County Council Future Focus Skills Programme.
Eligibility
- Warwickshire businesses wishing to invest in the progression of an over 50s employee.
- Multiple applications (up to five) will be considered on a case-by-case basis, requiring a business growth plan with future skills requirements.
- Fund is closed for 2024. Will be notified when reopens - hopefully 2025.
