We mainly train in Coventry, Warwickshire, Birmingham, Solihull and London. We are based in Coventry so can cover a large area in about an hour. 

We specialise in tailored AI training for groups of 8 to 12 attendees. We mainly work with mid-sized businesses.

Our training offer includes:

• AI foundations: Covers the basics, from what AI can do to why you need a policy, helping you set clear and safe foundations.
• Exec AI brief: A short session for senior teams on what AI means for the organisation, the key risks, and how to approach it in a structured way.
• AI work skills: Builds practical AI skills by applying them to your business tasks across five core work areas.
• AI champions: Develops confident AI users who can support colleagues, share good practice and use more advanced features 
• Microsoft 365 Copilot training: Helps teams get practical value from Microsoft’s AI tool, from emails to Excel.

We also work with charities, supporting them directly or leading sessions to support capacity building.

We offer a mix of training and programmes, as well as custom options. A standard training session costs:

• Half-day (9.30am – 1pm): £1050
• Full-day (9.30am – 4.30pm): £1575

All our standard training sessions are tailored to your business and for 8 – 12 people (with a cap set at 15). 

Not for our AI foundations or AI skills training. In fact, those who have never used AI find starting with formal training helpful. Checking they can access the tool ahead of the training session, can stop things getting held up while we get them started. 

The exception is our AI champions training. Here we ask that attendees have completed our level two training. 

Probably yes, but for training it depends on which level. If you’re just getting started our training will cover what to consider with your AI policy or you can pick a package where we produce a draft for you.

If you’re looking at skills training, then we want to reinforce your AI policy. If you don’t have one, we will use best practice.

We do. If you work with the EU and want to ensure compliance with the EU AI Act, let us know. We can then give you the documentation you’ll need.

All our training is tailored to your business. Most organisations benefit from our tested outlines.

We do train for other organisations. The organisation does the promotion and recruitment. We provide the training design and delivery, tailored to their attendees.
