Bought licences and want to upskill the team? Not sure what your team can use the free version for? Think people might still be using other AI tools? We can help, with beginner or advanced training and helping to get the right policy or plan in place.

The important bit is that it is Microsoft 365 Copilot, as the consumer version doesn’t have enterprise data protection. We train with both. And often you’ll want a mix, for different roles. Giving everyone a licence adds up.
Either way we train practical work skills. For example, want Copilot to take notes for you:
Microsoft 365 Copilot Training Attendee (March 2026)
We offer sessions for a wide range of users, from sceptics to regular AI users. We hear things like ‘I’m too old to use AI’ or ‘I’m not techie’. In practice, business experience often makes for better users – as they can apply judgement.

Copilot is there to speed up routine tasks and take some of the strain off busy roles. We run half-day, full day or mini programmes.
The right fit depends on your team – where they’re starting from and what will benefit them in their roles.

Copilot champions give each team a super user, who can look at processes and build simple agents - making the most of your investment.
Over time, we keep them updated as Copilot changes so the business benefits from relevant updates.
Microsoft 365 Copilot Training Attendee (April 2026)
Microsoft are regularly updating Copilot, sometimes in the middle of a training session! We use Copilot daily so we stay up to date and we can share practical ways it helps us. We spend a lot of time testing new features to see how they help the business we work with.
We’ll work with you in advance to get the tasks right – based on your brief and our experience. Copilot can do many things, and we don’t want to overwhelm your team. We want to show them the applications that make the most difference.
We design activities that use your data or scenarios your team will recognise. Copilot’s strength is how it works with Microsoft and, for those with a licence, your internal data. This is about getting through your inbox faster, not what Copilot can do in Outlook.

We provided training to support the roll out of Copilot licences, initially to a single group and then the whole business.

We helped plan how the business would use Copilot and trained a team of AI champions to lead.
We charge £1,050 for a standard half day of Copilot training or a full day is £1,575, both for up to 12 attendees. We tailor that training session to your business, and it will be led by a trainer who is a regular Copilot user.
No. We often train businesses who are using the version that is included in a work account. You will need access to whichever version of Copilot you are using. Training includes hands-on activities.
It depends on the type of training you’re looking for. Sometimes businesses have decided on Copilot as their AI tool, then want us to help put in place their AI policy and roadmap.
If you want skills training, then we want to do that in line with your AI policy. We can do it based on best practice around responsible AI use.
This one is a common problem. Your team may have tried an early version and got put off. Or they get used to using ChatGPT or another AI tool. Equally, some will not feel comfortable using any AI.
Training will help. We often see non-users going on to be regular users. The business will get most benefit if training is accompanied by visible leadership support, a user group and regular comms about using Copilot (tips, case studies etc.).
