Microsoft 365 Copilot training

Bought licences and want to upskill the team? Not sure what your team can use the free version for? Think people might still be using other AI tools? We can help, with beginner or advanced training and helping to get the right policy or plan in place.

Free or licence

The important bit is that it is Microsoft 365 Copilot, as the consumer version doesn’t have enterprise data protection. We train with both. And often you’ll want a mix, for different roles. Giving everyone a licence adds up.


Either way we train practical work skills.  For example, want Copilot to take notes for you:

  • Copilot (included): Transcribe a meeting in Teams, upload to Copilot and summarise into your preferred format
  • Copilot licence: Generate meeting notes directly in Teams and create reusable recap templates 

Really helpful on the potential uses and limitations of Copilot. Looking forward to using it to streamline getting project outputs and successful outcomes.

  Copilot champions give each team a super user, who can look at processes and build simple agents - making the most of your investment.  


Over time, we keep them updated as Copilot changes so the business benefits from relevant updates.

Frequently asked questions (FAQs)

We charge £1,050 for a standard half day of Copilot training or a full day is £1,575, both for up to 12 attendees. We tailor that training session to your business, and it will be led by a trainer who is a regular Copilot user.

No. We often train businesses who are using the version that is included in a work account. You will need access to whichever version of Copilot you are using. Training includes hands-on activities.

It depends on the type of training you’re looking for. Sometimes businesses have decided on Copilot as their AI tool, then want us to help put in place their AI policy and roadmap. 


If you want skills training, then we want to do that in line with your AI policy. We can do it based on best practice around responsible AI use.

This one is a common problem. Your team may have tried an early version and got put off. Or they get used to using ChatGPT or another AI tool. Equally, some will not feel comfortable using any AI.


Training will help. We often see non-users going on to be regular users. The business will get most benefit if training is accompanied by visible leadership support, a user group and regular comms about using Copilot (tips, case studies etc.).
