Standard terms and conditions

•  All training materials, workbooks, slides, and other resources remain the exclusive property of Dandelion Applied AI.
• The Client may use the materials provided during the training session for reference but is not permitted to distribute or reproduce them without written consent.

• Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive business information.
• Dandelion Applied AI will comply with relevant UK data protection laws, including GDPR.

•  Once a training date is confirmed, time is reserved exclusively for the Client and preparation work may begin.
• The Client may reschedule the training once, with at least 30 days’ notice, at no additional charge.
• Any further rescheduling, or rescheduling with less than 30 days’ notice, will incur a charge of 50% of the training fee reflecting the time reserved and training preparation.
• Training fees are non-refundable once a date is confirmed, except where required by law.
• Where rescheduling is requested, the rearranged session must take place within three months of the original date.

• Dandelion Applied AI provides services in good faith but makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes.
• The Service Provider is not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of training or advice.
• The Client agrees to indemnify the Service Provider against claims arising from misuse of training or consultancy advice.
• The Service Provider’s total liability shall be limited to the fees paid for the relevant training session. 

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, such as war, fire, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government actions.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
