About Dandelion Applied AI

Our AI training and support helps teams save time, reduce risks and feel more confident using AI in their roles. We’ve worked with over 100 businesses and charities, across our webinars, group courses and in-company programmes. 

We deliver workshops on behalf of other organisations, for example, leading AI Business Essentials for the Coventry and Warwickshire Chamber Business Support programme. Caroline Broadway, our director, also regularly speaks at conferences and events.

Whether offering a strategic overview for the senior leadership team or providing hands-on training for those nervous about the tech, we tailor every session to your organisation. 

We provide AI training and support to organisations across the West Midlands - including Coventry, Warwickshire, Solihull, Birmingham, the Black Country and Wolverhampton. 

Our work with charities is delivered nationally, including our Charity AI Power Up programme. 

 We work with your IT partner or team. We don’t do tech integrations or audits – we leave that to the experts. Our role is helping your team build skills, adopt AI safely, and get more value from the tools you already have.

Caroline brings a breadth of business experience and AI knowledge, including the IBM Professional Certificate in Applied AI. Her background allows her to focus on business benefits and connect with a non-technical audience.
